The SMB Special Needs Pooled Trust

The SMB Special Needs Pooled Trust is a simple, lawful way to protect and preserve lump sum distributions received by SSI-qualified disabled individuals or Medi-Cal-qualified seniors. By joining the trust an individual can keep existing benefits while retaining access to the money for supplemental needs.
