The representative works at the ‘face to face’ level with families of seniors and elders, as they navigate the health and long term care funding process. The representative must learn a few core principles of state and federal health benefits programs, then work in tandem with a SMB client fulfillment specialist during a client relationship.
As a representative, you can offer SMB programs through your own local area professional network. SMB client fulfillment managers actually create the plans that meet the individualized needs of the seniors and elders.
As a case manager, you can deliver SMB programs through your own professional network, by leveraging your own professional skills in your community with support from our central offices.
To spread the success of SMB programs, the partnership program is open to potential representatives from all California counties.
